Very few. Those women who want the top of Disraeli’s greasy pole, whether it be in politics or some other profession, tend to be childfree or their one child is cared for by someone else; though historically, those who could delegate their children always did so.
Denis Thatcher famously took the flat next door and installed the nanny and babies there from the start.
Care by employee is also the norm for the witless ‘slebs who have children as accessories.

Extraordinary how feMarxists can claim that men and women can be identical and interchagable in one circumstance, yet completely different and opposite in another!
This inconsistancy, on it’s own, ought to be enough to alert anyone and everyone to the invalidity of everything else they say, and that they are prepared to exercise such deception and deceit Should Be warning enough about their intentions.
But of course they despise, hate and have contempt for their target audience in general, and women in particular whom they use as puppets, dupes and canon fodder.
Oh what irony!
Thus I respectfully offer a suggested new mantra:
You may appropriate, repeat and use it yourself if you like, for free – no charge!
