I’m looking forward to it.
To me it means the labour party are acknowledging that they feel they can never win this seat( hence sending in a patsy).
Its perfectly within his rights to campaign to make himself MP for Shipley if he wants and its perfectly within everyone rights to reject him( and have a giggle about it). Even in the one in a million chance he manages it, I doubt he’d be able to cope with the life of an MP( and by that I mean the MPs that actually work for a living rather than occupy space as so many do)
… I miss screaming lord sutch for the election entertainment …
Except it’s not actually true. He said in an interview with the Bradford Argus and Mail that he had no intention of standing for parliament in Shipley or anywhere else. Mr Davies majority is less than 5,00 and Labour will make a serious attempt to take this seat.
i guess the morningstar has then been stocking up on the stable afterthought fodder !
i look forward to labour attempting to take the shipley seat( I’l bring popcorn)
davies has said in an interview that he is more than happy to accept the will of the constituents.
at the end of the day its the choice of the people( unless you’re labour and then its the choice of the big boss)
maybe they get one term, scew up and then go into shipley exile for twenty years.
A typo or a Freudian slip? Be careful, if you upset the little snowflake’s delicate sensibilities you could be accused of some sort of ‘phobia’ or a ‘hate crime’.
Haha that’s hilarious! They were obviously alerted by the fact that more than five people tried to check out the piece, so thought they could get some new subscribers. Socialists are so hopeless when they try to be capitalists…
I was familiar with the Morning Star when I worked in an in-house reference library where we received all the daily papers, (and many other printed publications too) for further distribution to a well known organisation in suffciently large numbers for it to be desirable to contract their titles for practical reasons.
The Morning Star would obligingly shorten to “Monsta”, and was usually good for a laugh if one had a few minutes.
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahaha!

They’re not too bright at being socialists either.
