So when a parent malicious and with malice a forethought due to malignant closet narcissism goes of her own free will to the Police Authority, namely Devon and Cornwall Police and makes a statement knowing that the like is total false, of a serious allegation of sexual assault by an adult on an under aged – minor child, legislation states that this person, the alligator, has committed a serious criminal offence, in addition to wasting police time. The relevant interviewing Child Protection Officer undertakes no further investigation against the alleged perpetrator, and does not with circumspection interview the said minor for reasons of not believing the malicious false allegation. The later attendant Social Worker too having interviewed the child and the parent too agrees that no such act of perpetration was actioned against the child.

   What actions could the parent who was completely innocent do for recourse to justice?

   This is a question I have been asked by a suicidal parent at my Samaritan’s clinic and apart from calming his fears of this act, what advice could be given to them? Convention caused me to report this to my colleague superiors and as such I am unable to make comment on such confidential discussions here. But general opinion from any experienced advocate would be welcomed.
