I get the Shakespeare quote “Methinks the Lady doth protest too much” but I don’t know who or what “Darvo” is or was. Nor do I know what “Ejit” means! Similarly, I don’t know what “The Red Pill” is.
I consider myself an MRA and a MGHOW but I do sometimes find myself not knowing WTF my fellow Men are talking about!
Perhaps a glossary would be helpful?!

The Red Pill is a reference to the Matrix movies. Neo is given the choice between the red or blue pills being, respectively, the one that wakes you up to reality and the one that lets you continue life obliviously in the matrix.
