We run The Alternative Sexism Project – a response to Special Snowflake’s Everyday Sexism Project – but we haven’t had the time required to develop the content. So I was delighted to learn of an interesting and content-rich American website, The Real Sexism Project.

I wish that I were twenty-seven feet tall (because then I could have that page printed on a t-shirt and wear it everywhere).

They fought, died and gave everything they had for a society that takes them for granted. Men have built the very ground you walk on, and have died in the millions to create everything you touch.”
Says it all really. Everyday sexism as applied to men as this site sets out is still at the “taken for granted” level invisible to most and actively concealed by a feminist “industry ” that knows all too well that their privileges and funding may prove fragile if a genuine Gender Equality approach were applied.
