Men have forfeited their rights by continuously accepting exemptions and lighter standards for women,even after they entered the workforce en masse. This has resulted in the lighter standards for women spreading to all spheres of society. Therefore,today’s men’s 2nd class citizenship is self inflicted and it will not go away untill men start demanding exactly the same standards for women,across the board. Untill then,not much will change. Trying to fix this problem by any other means than requesting exactly the same standards for women at workplace is nothing more than beating around the bush. Sorry I must say this.
