Justice for Men & Boys 
A quick survey of Europe shows Italy having the lowest “pay gap” hovering around 5% for a decade. Among the highest Germany and the Netherlands over 20% . Yet Neighbourimg Belgium is only 9% . And why? Well Belgium and Italy have a full time workforce , male and female in work work full time. While Germany and Netherlands have the “one and a half ” model for couples with a big part time workforce , much like the UK with much the same results in pay. Sweden , feminist heaven,manages a dissapointimg 17%. Sweden has one of the worlds most sex segregated labour markets with public services a female sector and the private sector male. So The message is clear , you want equal pay ? Do the same work. Looking forward to Harriet banging on about the “Italian model” .
