Anne Cools is a highly regarded Canadian Senator of 30 years’ standing. We had a lengthy 1:1 discussion, and she was very encouraging about our efforts to find political solutions to end the state’s assaults on the human rights of men and boys. Inspirational . Thank you for publication of the speeches. I look forward to yours. I was struck by the Senator’s quote of a poll showing such support for fathers. I know recent polls here have shown the same. As in Canada the mismatch between the political “elite” and actual public opinion is clear. Yet the party system appears to support the perpetuation of this elite and hence it’s devotion to narrow ideology. You deserve such credit for your work . Though myself at almost complete odds with UKIP’s policies it does show the mainstream parties can be rattled . It does give hope to the idea that the stifling of debate can’t continue for ever.
