Our thanks to Adrian for this. We covered paternity fraud in our last manifesto (pp.52-4). The first of our five proposals in this area is compulsory paternity testing for all newborn babies, at a stroke disincentivising women from carrying out one form of paternity fraud, leading men to falsely believe (or assume, if they’re the women’s partners) they’re the fathers of children.
