A discussion with Talat Yaqoob on the Kaye Adams Show, BBC Radio Scotland

In March 2013 I was interviewed by Kaye Adams, a feminist presenter, for her show on BBC Radio Scotland – here. I was told in advance that I’d be informed of the identity of the feminist I’d be debating with, which is always helpful, as it gives the opportunity to research the person. But I wasn’t informed of the feminist’s identity in advance, and it turned out to be a particularly objectionable male feminist.

The same thing happened with the latest interview, but with a female feminist this time, Talat Yaqoob. Her blog is here, and the strapline starts:

Bringing you regular rage against the patriarchy…

Further background is in the description of the audio file (18:43). A truncated version (14:55) is on our YouTube channel – here.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.
