Along with Elizabeth Hobson, our estimable Director of Communications, I should like to wish all followers of this blog, and everyone who contributes to our work in any way, a happy and prosperous New Year. We hope you’ve appreciated the work we’ve carried out in the past year, and enjoyed the website content. We believe there’s no website in the world that comes close to this one, in terms of updating people with an interest in gender issues about developments.
With every passing year, since our party’s launch almost six years ago, we’ve gone from strength to strength. 2018 has been no exception.
We have exciting plans for 2019, which will require a higher level of funding than in previous years. Today we learned from a major donor that – due to changes in his personal circumstances – he is having to considerably reduce his monthly donations. Our financial position is robust, but this reduction in our monthly income will have consequences if we don’t replace it.
In this, the first funding appeal we’ve made for some years, we invite you to support the only political party in the English-speaking world campaigning for the human rights of men and boys on many fronts – if you don’t already. And if you already support us financially, perhaps you might consider increasing your support?
We continue to abide by a key principle we’ve had since we launched the party in 2013 – people working for the party (including myself) draw no personal income from financial contributions. I don’t expect that to change for the foreseeable future, if ever.
You can support our work financially in a number of ways:
- become a party member, here. Membership grades range from Bronze (£5.00 pcm) to Diamond (£100.00 pcm) and all grades have some deliverables, including signed copies of some of my 10 books.
- make a one-off donation, or start a monthly donation, here.
- (only for those with UK bank accounts) start an arrangement to pay sums directly into our bank account each month, details on the party membership page.
