The Telegraph has just published this. The start of the piece:
After the Government lost its historic legal battle over Brexit, the Supreme Court published the full 43,000-word judgment online.
Justices ruled, by a majority of eight to three, that Prime Minister Theresa May cannot lawfully bypass MPs and peers by using the royal prerogative to trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty and start the two-year process of negotiating the UK’s divorce from its EU partners.
The piece has the full 97-page judgment as well as the Supreme Court’s summary of its findings.
