Philip Davies MP secures the main chamber of the House of Commons for the International Men’s Day debate

Our thanks to John for bringing us some wonderful news. Last year Philip Davies’s debate on IMD was held in Westminster Hall, this year he applied for it to be held in the main chamber of the House of Commons – where debates on International Women’s Day have always been held – and succeeded. We salute Philip for his achievement, and look forward to the debate. Because IMD falls on a Saturday this year, the debate will be held on Thursday, 17 November.

About Mike Buchanan

I'm a men's human rights advocate, writer, and publisher. My primary focus is leading the political party I launched in 2013, Justice for Men & Boys (and the women who love them). I still work actively on two campaigns I launched in early 2012, Campaign for Merit in Business and the Anti-Feminism League. In 2014 I launched The Alternative Sexism Project, aiming to raise public understanding that the sexism faced by men and boys has far more grievous consequences than the sexism faced by women and girls.
